Important information Items are normally shipped via Royal mail, Parcelforce or UPS. All orders will require a signature from your home address. It is important to add your telephone number (land line) to your order so that you can be contacted by the courier if there is any issue with delivery (e.g. finding your delivery address). We do not accept delivery to a different address (work) this is a condition imposed by UK banks and is for you (the consumers) protection. Please ensure that the e-mail address you enter is correct. This is critical and failure to do so may hold up your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders or carry out further security checks if we feel it is necessary.
All orders will be confirmed via email. We will do our utmost to deliver within the times quoted. Should we become aware of a reason to delay shipment, we will email or phone you to enquire whether you would like us to part-ship, delay shipment until all items are available or completely cancel the order.
