Guarantee, cancellation rights and complaints
Guarantee
Goods offered for sale in the shopecosse.com website are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carrying the manufacturer's warranty. You may cancel any order before it is shipped and within 7 days of receiving it. However you must pay the shipping costs for it to be returned to us and return the goods as delivered with all labels, guarantees, bages etc. Your money will be refunded in no more than 30 days.
Complaints
All complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially, effectively and resolved quickly. We aim to have replied to you within 5 working days. If you have a complaint then please contact us by telephone +44 (0)131 663 8038 from 9am - 7pm Mon - Sat.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above
